Welcome to Cairns Corporate Cars. By utilising our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Age Requirement:
Passengers traveling with Cairns Corporate Cars must be over the age of 8. We do not provide Child Car Restraints or Booster Seats for passengers under 8 years old.
Child Passenger Supervision:
Children between the ages of 8 and 12 must occupy the back seats of the vehicle and be supervised by parents or responsible adults during the entire journey. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure the child’s safety and well-being during the ride.
Child Restraint Seats:
Passengers have the option to supply and install their own Child Restraint Seats, suitable for the age and size of the child. These seats must meet the safety standards prescribed by law.
